The easiest way to find out if you have coverage for acupuncture treatment is to contact your insurance member services department and inquire, if your plan has benefits for acupuncture.

It is important to clarify,

  • if you have a deductible that needs to be met,

  • if there are any restrictions regarding the number of treatments covered per calendar year, and

  • if there are any diagnostic restrictions

  • if a referral or pre-certification is required.

Itemized receipts can be provided if your prefer to submit the insurance claims yourself. 

FSA and HSA cards are also accepted for payment.
